Request a sponsor at Fort Gordon

On orders to Fort Gordon? If so, you can request a sponsor online. Simply complete the DA 5434, save it, and send to usarmy.gordon.imcom.mbx.sponsorship@mail.mil.

Your request will be forwarded to our military personnel division.  ACS is not responsible for assignment of sponsors.

Our Child, Youth, and School Services offers youth sponsorship for arriving family members.  Simply complete the online form, which will go directly to our CYSS program.
