AUTONOA Performance Appraisals Website Instructions
Michael R. Valerius,
Supervisory HR Specialist
The Civilian Human Resource Agency (CHRA) AUTONOA Team has developed a website for managers to submit their employees' performance ratings into the Defense Civilian Personnel Database System (DCPDS) and upload the signed appraisal form on the website which will be filed directly into the employee’s electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF).
As of 20 July 12, the South Central Processing Center will no longer accept appraisals via email, fax, or hard copy. Appraisal documents not submitted via the new AUTONOA website will be returned to the sender.
This website can be accessed at https://nccpoc.ria.army.mil/autonoa/HOME/Default.aspx. Users must have a DCPDS account ending in MGR or MGA and a CSU account. First time users will be redirected to an access page after clicking on the link. Access will be granted within 24 hours or less. Web links for managers are found under the MANAGERS header on the web page. The requirement to electronically submit performance appraisals will now make this process easier than ever.
The new website also offers centralized features and tools for completing end of rating cycle requirements. The manager will enter the numeric ratings on the webpage and then upload the appraisal form onto the website.
After review and submission, the manager will then have the immediate opportunity to enter a performance award based on the appraisal.
