Skills Search Requirement

RESUMIX is an automated candidate referral system.  RESUMIX contains resumes and
extracts candidates based on matching applicant skills to specific job requirements.

Before extracting resumes, the CPAC-Virtual inputs the duties from the job description to search 
for specific skills.  The Skills Search is sent to the selecting official to rank the desired skills
and to select at least one required skill the applicant must have to perform the job.  

The applicant must have the desired skill(s) or required skill  for the resume to
 be extracted for rating by the CPAC Staffing Specialist.
