Fort Gordon Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization, & Security

The Directorate of Plans, Training, and Mobilization serves as the Garrison Commander's principal operations staff office for current operations, contingency planning, and training management.

• DPTMS Plans and Operations Division is responsible for all Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection planning for the Installation and updates all planning procedures for Fort Gordon.
  
  
• DPTMS Plans and Operations Division is responsible for activating the Installation Operations Center (IOC) in response to emergency situations (to include, but not limited to, natural disasters, criminal activity, and terrorist threats locally and overseas) and tasks personnel for support of all ceremonies conducted on Fort Gordon and the CSRA. These ceremonies include, but are not limited to post retirement ceremonies, funeral details, holiday celebrations, and special events.

Operations Division

We are located in Darling Hall, Bldg 33720, Room 300.  Our normal duty hours are 0730-1630 M-F, with the IOC open 24 hours.  Our mission:

Manage ongoing / planned events and operations Provide 24/7 Emergency Operations Center.      Areas of Support:

• Mass Notification (Mass Email, Voice Alert, Marquees, Giant Voice, Communicator, R-911)
