Fort Gordon Equal Opportunity Office (EOO)

Manages the Equal Opportunity (EO) program that formulate, direct, and sustain a comprehensive effort to maximize human potential and to ensure fair treatment for all personnel assigned to Fort Gordon; based solely on merit, fitness, and capability in support of readiness.

The EO program goal is to create and sustain effective units by eliminating discriminatory behaviors or practices that undermine teamwork, mutual respect, loyalty, and shared sacrifices of the men and women of America's Armed Forces; without regard to race, color, gender, religion, or national origin, and to provide an environment free of unlawful discrimination and offensive behavior.
