Digital Wideband Technician Course

The Digital Wideband Technician Course will instruct Marines from Cpl to GySgt from the Occupational Specialty 2831 on Satellite Communication Theory and the operation, troubleshooting, alignment, and maintenance of the multi-channel, long-haul, Tactical Satellite (TACSAT) communications terminals, AN/USC-65(V)1, AN/USC-65(V)2, AN/TSC-156C, AN/TSC-154, AS-4429, and all associated equipment.  They are trained in all levels of terminal repair down to the Lowest Replaceable Unit and terminal network troubleshooting.  The course is twelve weeks in duration.
