Windows 10 Operating System (OS) Minimum Hardware Requirements

Microsoft has released a minimum set of hardware requirements to support Windows 10 Enterprise (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/dn798752.aspx).
The specifications listed below should only be used as a reference that will support the installation of the OS. The following systems requirements have been identified by the AGM Program as the minimum specifications for the activity

• 1 gigahertz (GHz) 64-bit (x64) processor

• 2048MB of RAM (technically, that's 2GB, but if the RAM is being shared with the video, there won't be 2048MB of RAM available).

NOTE: the requirement on a new computer purchase is 16GB of RAM

• 25.6 GB available hard disk space (64-bit)

• DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver

• Depending on resolution, video playback may require additional memory and advanced graphics hardware

• Some programs might require a graphics card compatible with DirectX 10 or higher for optimal performance

• BitLocker requires Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 1.2 minimum, 2.0 recommended. Microsoft is recommending TPM 2.0 to be fully compatible with Device Guard functionality.

• UEFI firmware 2.3.1 Errata B or higher

• Secure Boot

• Intel VT-x or AMD-V

• Intel VT-d or AMD-Vi I/O memory management unit

• Second Level Address Translation
