Mission:
Responsible for providing command-and-control (C2) communications for the III Corps
commander at the TAC and main command posts, and for other major subordinate
commands at other locations. The 16th Signal Battalion is a corps-area Mobile
Subscriber Equipment (MSE) battalion with an attached echelons-above-corps (EAC)
range-extension company.
