Army Homosexual Conduct Policy

    While Congress has not repealed the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" law [10

United States Code Section 654], the implementing regulations for the

Department of Defense and the Army were significantly changed in March and

April of 2010.   Due to these substantial changes regarding how the DoD and

the Army now executes the Homosexual Conduct Policy, please consult with the
