Fort Gordon School Liaison

School Liaison Services would like to welcome you to Fort Gordon! Fort Gordon is located in Augusta, the second largest city in the state of Georgia.

We realize that while preparing for your transition to such a large city you may have several concerns. It is the job of our office to help make your transition from your present school system to our local systems a smooth one.

School Liaison

The School Liaison Office (SLO) is the primary link between the military Family and the local school system. We will help you find the resources you need in order to make informed decisions regarding your child's education. It is our belief that by helping parents develop interactive relationships with their local school system, Families will be empowered to advocate for their child's educational and personal growth during the school years.

Please don't hesitate to stop by or contact our office not only as you in-process, but also when you out-process, as SLO's are located throughout the military community, CONUS and OCONUS. It is our pleasure to connect you to the SLO at your gaining installation in preparation of you Family's next move, which will save you time, alleviate stress and confusion, and hopefully ease your student's educational transition.
