School Liaison Services would like to welcome you to Fort Gordon! Fort Gordon is located in Augusta, the second largest city in the state of Georgia.

We realize that while preparing for your transition to such a large city you may have several concerns. It is the job of our office to help make your transition from your present school system to our local systems a smooth one.

Youth Mentorship

What's beyond... "do you want fries with that"

• Apprentice positions for youth 15-18 years of age
• Exploratory work experience in a selected career path aligned with specific collegiate or vocational courses of study
• Workforce preparation trainings and college exploration workshops
• Educational incentive awards available for 17 & 18 year-olds

The HIRED! Apprenticeship Program provedes 15-18 year-old youth with meaningful, professionally-managed career-exploration opportunities in Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) operations. The HIRED! Apprenticeship Program offers valuable paid work experience and training to better equip each participant with the skills needed for a highly-competitive job market. Brochure
